Mentorship Program
A Mentorship Program Designed for Your Board Success
Connecting accomplished executives seeking their first board role with experienced corporate directors to prepare for board service.
Currently available in Mexico City, with Lisbon launching April 2026.
Program Overview
First piloted in Mexico City, our mentorship program demonstrated strong outcomes supporting executives pursuing their first corporate, private, or nonprofit board role.
Building on that success, 50/50 Women on Boards is expanding the program globally, beginning with the launch of the Portugal cohort at the Lisbon Conversation on Board Leadership.
