Kiki Del Valle is a technology and financial services executive with 20+ years of experience driving technology-enabled growth and modernizing payment ecosystems across Latin America.
She currently serves as President for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean at Mastercard, overseeing a $1.5B P&L and leading strategic growth, banking and fintech partnerships, regulatory affairs, and the expansion of digital payment infrastructure across developed and emerging markets.
A trusted business leader and policy advisor, she has helped advance cybersecurity and data-led services, accelerated financial inclusion, and led go-to-market partnerships that launched Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay globally.
Kiki serves on the boards of WaterAid Americas and the Damas Foundation, and holds a BBA in Finance and International Business and an MBA from Emory University.
