Empowering Women for Board Leadership: Addressing the Underrepresentation of Women in Corporate Governance

Empowering Women

With 515 Russell 3000 companies still lacking women on boards, it’s clear that more needs to be done to ensure that they are given equal opportunities to serve in leadership positions.

Our 50 Women to Watch for Boards campaign is designed to provide a curated list of outstanding women executives who are ready and eager to serve on boards. These women will have the opportunity to nominate themselves for potential board leadership and showcase their skills, expertise, and qualifications.

The final 50 chosen will possess the experience and knowledge necessary to serve on a public company board and make a positive impact on the business world.
