Most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer at 7-Eleven, she oversaw the company’s $70B+ portfolio, a 100M+ member loyalty program, and the convenience industry’s first retail media network.

Today she focuses exclusively on board and advisory work. Her current board portfolio includes HUGE, 7-Eleven Mexico, and KERA Public Media. Marissa has been named to Forbes’ World’s 50 Most Influential CMOs three consecutive years and to Forbes’ World’s 50 Most Entrepreneurial CMOs (2025).
