Jeff Sakaguchi

Lead Independent Director — TrueBlue, Inc.

Jeffrey B. Sakaguchi has served as a Director of TrueBlue since December 2010 and as Chair of the Governance Committee and Lead Independent Director since January 2017. Mr. Sakaguchi serves as a Director of Eccentex, Inc., a privately held early-stage software company, and as a Director of ThinkIQ, Inc., a privately held early-stage software company. Mr. Sakaguchi was formerly a founding board member of ACT Holdings, Inc., an advisory board member of Habla.AI, and Chairman of the board of directors of Neah Power Systems, Inc. He is a member and former Chairman of the board of directors of the Los Angeles Region American Red Cross as well as a member and former Chairman of their National Philanthropic Board. Previously, Mr. Sakaguchi was President and Chief Operating Officer of Evolution Robotics Retail, Inc., and he held leadership roles with both Accenture and McKinsey & Company, global management consulting firms. Mr. Sakaguchi is a National Association of Corporate Directors Leadership Fellow and an Educational Counselor for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Vada O’Hara Manager

President & CEO — Manager Global Consulting Group, LLC

Vada Manager is president and chief executive officer of Manager Global Holdings LLC, and as senior counsel / international advisory council member of APCO Worldwide. Previously, Manager served as the Senior Director of Global Issues Management for Nike, Inc. from 2006 until March 2009 and he held various management positions at Nike and Levi’s between 1994 and 2009. Manager serves on the board of trustees of Arizona State University (ASU) and serves on the board of directors of Helios Education Foundation, Think TRUE, ASU Center for Race and Democracy, Genesis Academy, the Mannie Jackson Center for the Humanities at Lewis & Clark Community College and Spread the Vote. He previously served as a director of Ashland Global Holdings Inc. from 2008 until January 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from Arizona State University and performed graduate work at the London School of Economics. Manager has been a Valvoline director since September 2016.

Ms. Ferracone is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Farient Advisors LLC, an executive compensation, performance and corporate governance advisory firm. Ms. Ferracone provides compensation and performance advisory services to public and private companies. Ms. Ferracone currently serves on the Board of Directors of Trupanion, Inc., where she serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee. In addition, Ms. Ferracone chairs the WildAid Board, a not-for-profit organization that protects wildlife from illegal trade and other imminent threats. She also serves on the board of 50/50 Women on Boards, a non-profit organization. She is a member of NACD, Women Corporate Directors (WCD), YPO Gold, and the Trusteeship. Ms. Ferracone received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar and a B.A. summa cum laude in Management Science and Economics from Duke University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Connie R. Collingsworth

Chief Operating Officer — Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Connie Collingsworth is a board member of Banner Corporation, a publicly-traded bank holding company, with $16 billion in assets, and chairs the Governance/Nominating Committee; and Premera Blue Cross, one of the largest health plans in the Pacific Northwest and chairs the Compensation Committee. She has served on Audit, Risk and Investment Committees for public and private company boards. At the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, she is Chief Operating Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Executive Leadership Team member and leads intellectual property strategy, alliances with pharmaceutical, bio-tech companies and multi-laterals, crisis management, as well as enterprise-wide technology implementation and knowledge management. Internationally, she manages operations of nine regional offices in China, India, Africa and Europe. Connie joined Planet First Partners, a European private equity fund, in 2021, which focuses on purpose-driven investments aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and Europe’s Green Deal. Before the Gates Foundation, she was a partner at Preston Gates & Ellis (now K&L Gates), a major international law firm, where she focused on M&A, private equity financing, and venture capital. Connie received an LL.M. in International Business Legal Studies from the University of Exeter, England; a J.D. from the University of Nebraska School of Law, and a B.A. from Andrews University.
