Susan Levitt is a seasoned capital markets executive and governance leader with experience driving growth, overseeing financial strategy, and advising CEOs, CFOs, and boards across public and private markets. As Managing Director and Head of Listings at the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE), she works directly with Boards and CEOs on governance frameworks and investor alignment, having evaluated best governance practices across more than 500 public companies. Her career spans C-suite and senior leadership roles at Moody’s, Deutsche Bank, and Kroll Bond Rating Agency.

Susan’s financial credentials are extensive. She held full P&L responsibility for Moody’s largest global business line, overseeing more than $1 billion in annual revenue across 3,000+ issuers. At Deutsche Bank, she delivered $40M+ in year-over-year growth and closed 600+ deals annually. At KBRA, she was instrumental in scaling the firm from startup to a leading global rating agency, driving 75% year-over-year revenue growth in 2016.

Susan’s board experience spans more than 15 years across nonprofit and private advisory roles, with a consistent focus on financial oversight, long-term strategy, and executive leadership. As Board Member and Treasurer of PACT (Partners Against Child Trafficking), she partnered with the CEO to develop a diversified funding strategy as Federal Funding disappeared.

At the RSS School and Taproot Foundation, she led finance and participated in audit committees, chaired nominating and strategic planning efforts, and participated in CEO search and succession processes. These experiences have given her a broad governance skill set that translates directly to for-profit board service.

Beyond her financial expertise, Susan is a C-suite-caliber strategic growth executive with a demonstrated ability to build businesses, develop talent, and lead through transformation. She has launched new business lines from concept to execution, designed firm-wide engagement playbooks, and led CEO task forces on cross-unit collaboration.

Her industry coverage is broad, spanning financial services and fintech, technology (SaaS and AI), energy, healthcare, education, and consumer sectors, making her a versatile board contributor regardless of industry context.

She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BS from Cornell University’s Dyson School and has completed executive education in sustainability at Harvard Business School and digital strategy at Columbia University.
