Bhawna Sapra is a senior healthcare executive with extensive experience in enterprise strategy, operating model transformation, and oversight of complex, regulated businesses.

She currently serves as Head of Medicare Strategy and Non-Clinical Operations at Molina Healthcare, a Fortune 107 managed care organization.

In her current role, Ms. Sapra is responsible for Medicare strategy and the non-clinical operating platform supporting a multi-billion-dollar, multi-state Medicare business. Her scope includes oversight of enrollment, claims, appeals and grievances, contact center operations, configuration, and encounters, with a focus on regulatory readiness, operational consistency, and execution discipline. She has supported approximately $2B in new annual revenue through dual-eligible contract awards and expansions and has overseen multiple CMS program audits resulting in minimal findings.

Previously, Ms. Sapra served for 3.5 years as Head of Enterprise Strategy at Molina Healthcare, where she was responsible for setting and leading corporate strategy in partnership with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team. During this period, annual revenue increased from approximately $19B to over $40B, driven by portfolio expansion, acquisition-supported growth, and enterprise operating model transformation. Her responsibilities included enterprise prioritization, operating model redesign across clinical and non-clinical functions, and the streamlining of shared services, contributing to approximately $50M in annual savings.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Sapra was an Associate Partner at PwC Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), advising boards and senior executives of large healthcare organizations on enterprise strategy, growth, operating model redesign, and M&A integration. She holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and graduate degrees in architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. She has been recognized as a Top 50 Women Leader in Healthcare in 2025 and 2026.
