Most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer at 7-Eleven, she oversaw the company’s $70B+ portfolio, a 100M+ member loyalty program, and the convenience industry’s first retail media network.
Today she focuses exclusively on board and advisory work. Her current board portfolio includes HUGE, 7-Eleven Mexico, and KERA Public Media. Marissa has been named to Forbes’ World’s 50 Most Influential CMOs three consecutive years and to Forbes’ World’s 50 Most Entrepreneurial CMOs (2025). She holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Sustainability Strategies Certificate from Stanford GSB.
