Christine Schyvinck is a seasoned CEO and accomplished executive with over 25 years in C-level leadership, including a decade as CEO of Shure Incorporated. With deep expertise in global manufacturing, digital transformation, and innovation strategy, Christine has led enterprise-wide business process redesigns, overseen international expansion, and driven major shifts from analog to digital technology platforms. Under her leadership, Shure’s conferencing division became the company’s fastest-growing business segment.
Christine brings a strategic, people-first approach to executive leadership and board service, with a strong track record in governance, inclusion, and global growth. She currently serves as Chair of the Executives’ Club of Chicago and sits on several influential boards spanning education, nonprofit, and industry sectors, including the Lyric Opera, Integrated Systems Europe, and advisory boards at Northwestern University and the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
