Lucie Claire Vincent is known for being a global consumer products executive with more than 30 years leading multi-billion-dollar businesses at Fortune 100 companies, including Colgate-Palmolive Co. and Philip Morris International. She currently serves as an Independent Board Director at Toluna Holdings Limited, sits on the Advisory Boards of the House of Vanderbilt and the Next Generation Governance Group, and is President of the International Women’s Forum Connecticut.

Her prior board roles include serving as Board Chair and President of Philip Morris Colombia; Board Director, Secretary, and member of the Executive and Finance Committees at GallopNYC; and Board Member of Club 30% Ecuador.

Ms. Vincent is a Financial Expert and a Qualified Risk Director, well-equipped to serve on the audit, risk, nominating and governance, and compensation committees.

A global citizen with senior in market leadership in North America, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean, and extensive business experience across Europe and the South Pacific, Ms. Vincent brings deep expertise in general management, global operations, strategy, transformation, and innovation within the consumer products industry.

Beyond her board roles, Ms. Vincent is a startup advisor, author of articles on board governance, keynote speaker, panelist, and adjunct professor at New York University (NYU) for the School of Professional Studies, specializing in the Executive Master and Master of Marketing and Communications programs, with a focus on C-Suite leadership, governance, and capstone projects.

Ms. Vincent has been recognized among the Financial Times Agenda Future 50 (2025), a Director to Watch by Private Company Director magazine (2025), and one of the 50 Women to Watch for Boards by 50/50 Women on Boards (2024).

Ms. Vincent holds a B.A. in Marketing and an M.B.A. from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
