Brian Cornell heads the global, purpose-driven team of more than 400,000 at Target, a leading omnichannel growth company in American retail with nearly 2,000 stores covering all 50 states. Brian joined Target in 2014 and established a strategic direction that built on Target’s strengths as a multicategory mass merchandiser, while making enormous investments that placed stores at the center of physical shopping and digital fulfillment. He also oversaw vast investments in wages, benefits, team development, diverse and equitable representation, and a culture that helps all team members care, grow and win together. These investments have helped drive the strongest growth trends in company history.
Before Target, Brian spent more than 30 years in leadership positions at leading retail and consumer-product companies, including as CEO of Michaels, Sam’s Club and PepsiCo America s Foods. Brian was named the 2022 “Visionary” by the National Retail Federation and CNN previously named him CEO of the Year.
Tarang has served in his current role at e.l.f. Beauty since 2014. He has more than 25 years of consumer products experience building brands, leading innovation, and assembling high performance teams. Previously, Tarang served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Schiff Nutrition (NYSE:SHF) where he grew enterprise value from $190 million to $1.5 billion with leading brands such as Airborne and MegaRed. Prior to Schiff, Tarang served as Vice President, General Manager of The Clorox Company’s $1.7 billion Litter, Food and Charcoal businesses. He began his career at Procter & Gamble where he held various management positions. Tarang earned his B.A. in international policy and M.B.A. from Duke University.
Jamie Iannone is the President and Chief Executive Officer of eBay, Inc. An innovative technology leader, Jamie has more than 20 years of experience in digital pure-play and omnichannel platforms for some of the world’s premier consumer-facing companies, including eBay from 2001-2009. A champion for small business, Jamie is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to make marketplaces inclusive and accessible to all.
Prior to his return to eBay in April 2020, Jamie was COO of Walmart eCommerce and CEO of SamsClub.com. Jamie also held the position as Executive Vice President of Digital Products at Barnes & Noble, Inc. Jamie returns to eBay after previously holding various leadership positions at the company, where he oversaw areas including global search, buyer experience and tailored shopping experience divisions.
Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He previously served on the Board of Directors of The Children’s Place.
Yamini Rangan is Chief Executive Officer at HubSpot. Prior to becoming CEO, Yamini served as HubSpot’s first-ever Chief Customer Officer, overseeing the marketing, sales, and services teams.
A tech industry veteran, Yamini has more than 24 years of experience ranging from product marketing, sales, and strategy. Yamini previously served as Chief Customer Officer at Dropbox, where she was responsible for embedding customer focus across the organization. Before Dropbox, she was VP of Sales Strategy and Operations at Workday, where she helped quadruple revenue and scaled the sales organization. At SAP, Yamini held several customer-facing leadership roles in strategy, pre-sales and value-based selling and helped close landmark deals.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Clemson, and an MBA from Berkeley. In 2019, Yamini was recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Business by San Francisco Business Times.
Michael Miebach is chief executive officer of Mastercard and a member of its board of directors.
He is leading the company into a more digital world where Mastercard powers economies and empowers people by harnessing innovation and the continued application of new technologies.
Michael joined Mastercard in 2010 to lead its Middle East and Africa operations, where he helped shape and advance the company’s financial inclusion efforts. Earlier in his career, Michael held senior roles at Barclays Bank and Citibank.
He is a board member of two international nonprofits: Accion and World Resources Institute. He also sits on the board of directors for the Metropolitan Opera and serves as a board member at large for the Ronald McDonald House New York City.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Passau in Germany.
Rob Davis is chief executive officer and president of Merck.
Previously, Rob served as Merck’s president, responsible for the company’s operating divisions — Human Health, Animal Health, Manufacturing and Merck Research Laboratories. Prior to that, he was executive vice president, Global Services, and the company’s chief financial officer.
Rob joined the company as chief financial officer in 2014 with additional responsibility for real estate operations, corporate strategy and business development. In 2016, his role was expanded to include responsibility for information technology and procurement, forming Global Services. He became president in April 2021 and CEO and a member of the board of directors on July 1, 2021.
Prior to joining Merck, Rob was corporate vice president and president of Baxter’s Medical Products business. During his tenure at Baxter, he held several other positions, including president of Baxter’s Renal business, chief financial officer and treasurer. Before joining Baxter in 2004, Rob held numerous positions of increasing responsibility over 14 years at Eli Lilly and Company.
Rob serves on the board of directors for Duke Energy Corporation and is chair of its finance and risk management committee and a member of the corporate governance committee. In addition, Rob is a board member of Project Hope, a non-profit organization focused on empowering health care workers to deliver expert care when and where it is needed most.
Rob received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University.
