Yvonne is an Executive Vice President and senior business leader at State Street, where she serves as Head of the North America Asset Manager Client Portfolio. In this role, she has full P&L responsibility for one of the firm’s largest and most strategic businesses, overseeing more than 500 institutional clients, approximately $800 million in annual revenue, and over $1 trillion in assets under custody.

Yvonne brings more than 25 years of experience leading complex, global organizations across financial services, with deep expertise spanning commercial strategy, governance, risk management, operating model transformation, and enterprise leadership. She has advised at the highest levels of management, including serving for seven years as Chief of Staff to State Street’s Chairman and CEO, where she helped shape firmwide strategy, supported executive decision-making, and engaged directly with regulators, investors, and global clients.

Earlier in her career, Yvonne led global client solutions and implementation teams at State Street, designing and executing future-state operating models for large, complex asset managers. Her background also includes senior leadership roles at Liberty Mutual and Bank of America, including international experience in China through the China Construction Bank Strategic Assistance Program, where she supported the design and launch of private banking operations.

Yvonne currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Reading Cooperative Bank, where she is a member of the Asset and Liability Management Committee, and on the Board of Directors of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation. She previously served as National Chairman of ALPFA, the largest Latino professional organization in the United States, and for more than 25 years has remained actively engaged in the organization, now leading its national advisory board.

Yvonne is widely recognized for her commitment to strong governance, ethical leadership, and advancing diverse and inclusive leadership at the board level. She has been named one of Boston Magazine’s 150 Most Influential Bostonians and received the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Award for Advancement of Women Professionals.

She holds an MBA from Boston University, a BA in International Business from the University at Albany, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
