Ms. Timm has over 25 years of experience working for high tech companies. She has served as outside counsel, C-Suite executive and now as a board director. She currently serves on the board of directors of Salsify, a top B2B SaaS software company. She is Chair of the Compensation Committee, member of the Audit Committee and served on the CEO Search Committee.
Throughout her 25-year career, Ms. Timm helped scale both private and public companies through global expansion and has lead companies through successful financing events and exits. With a corporate securities background, she also has extensive SEC, corporate governance and executive compensation experience. Most recently, Ms. Timm served as General Counsel of Looker Data Sciences, Inc. where she led the sale to Google for $2.6 billion, Google’s 4th largest acquisition. Ms. Timm also served as General Counsel and VP, Corporate Governance of Borland (NASDAQ: BORL), a publicly traded software company with over 35 subsidiaries and 25 locations worldwide.
