Sharon Paul is a seasoned board advisor and former Chief Human Resources Officer with more than 30 years of experience driving leadership, culture, and performance across global engineering and technical services organizations.

She is recognized for ensuring the right leaders are in the right roles—and that they are aligned, appropriately incentivized, and delivering sustained performance.
Sharon brings more than 20 years of experience in executive compensation, CEO succession, and governance, and has partnered closely with Boards across public (NYSE and LSE), private equity-backed, and employee-owned (ESOP) organizations.

She has overseen the governance and implementation of employee ownership and incentive structures, including employee stock purchase plans, stock option plans, and long-term incentive programs, aligning leadership and employee interests with enterprise performance. In partnership with Boards and external advisors, she has helped ensure these programs reinforce an ownership mindset and drive sustained results.
Her experience spans complex, project-based business models where talent, utilization, and culture are critical to success. She has worked within employee-owned environments and completed formal ESOP board certification training, providing practical insight into how ownership culture drives engagement, accountability, and long-term value creation.

Sharon recently completed a seven-year term on the Board of WorkFaith Connection, where she served on the Nominations & Governance Committee, supported CEO succession planning, and contributed to executive compensation oversight and governance effectiveness.
Her experience across public, private equity-backed, and employee-owned organizations provides a distinctive perspective on governance, leadership alignment, and sustainable enterprise performance.
