Her organizational design work saved over 8,000 hours of executive bandwidth in a single fiscal year.

Her 15+ years of senior HR leadership in hospitality, spanning roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Dolce Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, The David Burke Restaurant Group, and Club Fit, forged a deep specialization in attracting, developing, retaining, and incentivizing talent in industries where the workforce is the business. Prudence brings meaningful board governance experience as a Board Director of Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut, serving on the Nominating and Compensation Committee.
