Previous Board Experience

Nonprofit, Private

An experienced leader with more than 25 years of executive management experience in a wide variety of industries (property, energy, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, media, and retail) in both private and public sector environments. My background includes leveraging my financial expertise while serving as President & CAO, CFO, CIO, Chairwoman and Corporate Director, where I’ve consistently built high performing teams and delivered on concrete results for businesses in the up to $1B range.

I’ve earned a reputation of being a driving force for innovation, proven to be an engaging public speaker, and I’m known for being an empathetic and compassionate leader. Culture is the number one thing I focus on, as its my belief “if you get the culture right, all the strategic intentions and KPI’s will fall into place”, and I have a track record to support this.

A lifelong learner and passionate about my work on Boards, where I can combine my day-to-day corporate experience with my governance skills, to help navigate through challenges and opportunities currently facing Board’s and CEO’s.
