Dr. Monigo Saygbay-Hallie is an accomplished board director and human capital executive with over two decades of experience driving enterprise transformation through people, process, and culture. A trusted advisor across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she currently serves as President-Elect of the Boys and Girls Club of Collin County, Vice Chair of the City of Frisco’s Housing and Social Services Board, HR Venture Advisor to SemperVirens Venture Capital, and Board President of two nonprofit organizations focused on hunger, homelessness, and education.
She is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Denny’s Corporation, leading human capital strategy across a system of more than 1,500 restaurants. Her previous leadership roles include Chief People Officer at Checkers & Rally’s, VP of HR at XPO, and senior HR positions at Petmate, DaVitaRx, Sysco, and JCPenney.
Monigo is widely recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams, execute enterprise-level change, and lead cultural transformations that improve retention, engagement, and operational performance. She brings extensive boardroom experience in governance, DEI strategy, talent development, and organizational scaling.
