Michelle Rider is a digital health executive and AI governance advisor who has guided companies through IPOs, billion-dollar acquisitions, and enterprise-wide transformation. She brings 25 years of experience scaling high-growth platforms across digital health, AI, and consumer technology — with board-level fluency in the risks and opportunities that define where these industries are heading.
Her executive career includes senior roles at Amazon, CVS Health/Aetna, UnitedHealth Group, and The Coca-Cola Company, where she directed P&Ls up to $300M and led growth strategies at the intersection of technology, regulation, and consumer demand. She currently serves as Venture Partner at Redesign Health and is a 2026 NACD Accelerate Cohort member sponsored by e.l.f. Beauty — selected from a record applicant pool as a high-potential executive being prepared for corporate board service.
