Colin is an accomplished finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry and in Fortune 500 companies. She is recognized for driving organic and acquisitive growth, delivering strong outcomes in competitive environments, and enhancing shareholder value. A growth-oriented leader, she combines relentless transformation with operational excellence and brings a global perspective shaped by living and working on three continents. Her broad background in managing large P&Ls, leading complex M&A integrations, and driving business model shifts equips her with financial acumen, strategic perspective, and risk oversight capabilities that are directly relevant to board governance and fiduciary responsibilities.

Colin currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Nokia’s Network Infrastructure Business Group, where she leads a global team of more than 300 finance professionals and oversees the P&L and cash flow of a multi-billion-euro business that delivers innovative solutions for hyperscalers, mission-critical network operators, and telecom service providers.

Previously, she was CFO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Servers & AI Business Unit, a 16-billion-dollar P&L. In that role, she led teams responsible for FP&A, pricing, capital allocation, and profitable growth in a highly competitive market. Earlier, as CFO of HPE GreenLake Cloud Services, she was part of the leadership team that spearheaded HPE’s strategic shift to delivering solutions as-a-service and achieved 50%+ growth in orders, a 30% increase in annual recurring revenue. At HPE, Colin managed software, hardware, and services P&Ls at global and regional levels, and led finance for two major M&A transactions, overseeing due
diligence and integration.

Colin also serves as a Global Advisory Board Member of The CFO Alliance, leveraging her expertise to shape the future of finance leadership through strategic insights and community engagement. Originally from Senegal, Colin completed her studies in France, earning master’s degrees in industrial engineering from Grenoble INP and in finance and strategy from Université Paris Dauphine. She began her career in France before relocating to the United States, where she has lived for more than two decades.
