Joyce Cacho is an experienced corporate board director who served as Global Chief Sustainability Officer of the global life science disruptor, Novus International. Her independent board director experience includes the $19B cooperative, Land O’Lakes, a F250 company where she served on the Operating, Audit, Nominating/Governance Committees. Joyce additionally served on Finance & Audit; Compliance & Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) committees of an OCC regulated bank that is a Certified B Corp with a national charter. Currently, Joyce serves as the board chair of a PE-backed, energy-bio industry technology innovator. Leveraging her executive leadership experience in corporate and investment banking, Joyce brings deep knowledge of P&L restructuring strategies, financial valuation in M&A, ESG in business strategy, and risk oversight.

Executive leadership experience in wholesale and investment banking, and M&A, shaped her service on the Sunrise Banks, N.A. board — an OCC regulated financial services institution, supporting growth of the Fintech industry in the US.
Since 2022, Joyce has served as the Board Chairperson, Sistema.bio — a US registered, cleantech company with manufacturing operations of biogas systems in Mexico and India, and sales and distribution across India, LatAm, and the African continent. Sistema’s business engages and empowers farmers in the Global South hemisphere in Energy Transition and expansion of the voluntary carbon market (VCM).
