With 16 years of dedicated service in the nonprofit realm, Shane Cullen stands out as a seasoned Fundraising Executive specializing in development and strategic relations. Currently serving as the Director of Development for 50/50 Women on Boards, Shane is responsible for growing 50/50’s existing corporate sponsorship base and securing foundation grants as additional pillars of the fundraising program.
In his prior role as the Director of Events and Membership at the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, Shane demonstrated his adept management of budgets and corporate relationships, contributing to an annual membership revenue of $1.25 million. His leadership in overseeing public-facing events and championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives showcased his impact on organizational culture. Notably, at the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Shane’s role as the National Associate Director of Chapter Development resulted in securing significant contributions and developing a network of 40 volunteer chapters.
