My background includes leveraging my financial expertise while serving as President & CAO, CFO, CIO, Chairwoman and Corporate Director, where I’ve consistently built high performing teams and delivered on concrete results for businesses in the up to $1B range.
I’ve earned a reputation of being a driving force for innovation, proven to be an engaging public speaker, and I’m known for being an empathetic and compassionate leader. Culture is the number one thing I focus on, as its my belief “if you get the culture right, all the strategic intentions and KPI’s will fall into place”, and I have a track record to support this.
