Cooper’s board-relevant expertise spans digital transformation, AI governance, IP monetization, and M&A. She has held leadership roles at EA, 21st Century Fox, Sony Pictures, and Warner Bros. driving growth through digital distribution, AI and emerging technologies, and IP and brand-building. She frames complex market dynamics, consumer trends, and financial performance into actionable insights that enable C-suite executives and board directors to make informed decisions during industry disruption.

Cooper drives digital transformation by optimizing digital distribution pipelines, scaling e-commerce and SaaS platforms, and integrating new technologies to capitalize on shifts in consumer behavior and grow revenue streams. She advances AI adoption while establishing governance frameworks for IP protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity risk management. She maximizes IP portfolio value through cross-media licensing partnerships that build brand equity and generate multi-channel revenues. She provides strategic counsel on landmark M&A transactions, including managing due diligence during the $71B Disney-Fox merger across global regulatory compliance, IP rights, and integration.

Cooper’s board experience includes the Williams College Board of Trustees (2016–2021), where she served on the Audit, Nominating & Governance, and Technology Committees. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Southern California (2026–present) on the Audit and Retail Committees, and previously served on the Red Hen Press Board of Directors (2024–2026).
