Selena Cuffe is an NACD Certified Director™ and global growth executive who builds revenue at scale across commercial, government, and international markets. As Chief Growth Officer of Blackstone Consulting, Inc. (BCI), she accelerated revenue from $730M to $950M in under two years across Fortune 100 and government clients, bringing hands-on experience navigating complex growth strategy and corporate transactions at scale. Previously, as President of SodexoMagic (Sodexo/Magic Johnson JV), she led a $650M, 6,500-person organization across Fortune 500, K-12, Higher Education, and Healthcare verticals, delivering 99% customer retention and the two largest deals in Sodexo North America (2020 – 2023).
Selena brings 20+ years of board governance experience across federal, private, and nonprofit contexts. She serves as a Director for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (Los Angeles Branch) and chairs the Stanford University Bing Overseas Studies Program Advisory Council. She is Vice Chair of the HBS WSA Alumnae Advisory Board and a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese) with lived and worked experience across 45 countries, she is a 50/50 Women on Boards honoree and McKinsey BELP alumna. Her board focus: organizations at strategic inflection points — cross-border expansion, M&A, and new market entry.
