Her leadership spans $6B+ P&Ls, multi-channel distribution, and digital transformation.
Tracy has guided enterprise-wide change during mergers, crises, and technology shifts—delivering sustained customer and employee retention while modernizing operations. She has served as Board Chair and President of ERV, and currently serves on multiple nonprofit and advisory boards including the USO, Dress for Success, and Clarkson University. With certifications from NACD and Harvard, Tracy is well qualified to contribute across audit, compensation, risk, transformation, and DEI committees.
