Tracy Nolan is a Fortune 50 senior executive and board director with deep expertise in regulated industry including healthcare and telecommunications. She has overseen $6B+ P&L’s, led multi-billion dollars revenue transformations and delivered sustainable value through M&A integrations, operating model redesigns and risk-managed expansion. Tracy brings a proven ability to align sales and operational execution with enterprise strategy, improve stakeholder outcomes, and safeguard long-term growth in complex environments. Tracy currently serves as Senior Vice President at Humana, where she leads the multi-channel distribution strategy, digital sales experience, and the agent and consumer engagement model.
Tracy has guided enterprise-wide change during mergers, crises, and technology shifts—delivering sustained customer and employee retention while modernizing operations. She has served as Board Chair and President of ERV and currently serves on multiple nonprofit and advisory boards including the Dress for Success Worldwide and Florida Gulf Coast University, Center for Positive Aging. With certifications from NACD, DCRO, and Harvard, Tracy is well qualified to contribute across audit, compensation, risk, transformation, and DEI committees.
