Tina Brown is a C-Suite executive and Board Director with over 25 years of experience in Technology Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Business Transformation / Turnarounds and M&A Integration. She has a proven track record, in both Fortune 500 and Private companies, of transforming underperforming businesses and divisions into high-performance global organizations through a humanistic, customer-centric and inclusive approach. She has worked extensively with both public and private boards where her contributions included running Investor Relations at virtualization solutions company Sphere3D (NASDAQ: ANY) as well as leading the global integration and synergy efforts for multiple public company M&A transactions (NASDAQ: ANY, OVRL) and one divestiture from public to privately held.
Currently, Tina is Chief Operating Officer and a Board Director for Overland-Tandberg, a Privately Held Data Protection and Cybersecurity Technology Company with a presence in over 90 countries. In her role, she also serves as the Geschäftsführer/General Manager for the company’s wholly owned German subsidiary Tandberg Data GmbH. As a strategic advisor and direct report to the CEO, Tina has global P&L responsibility for all Product, Technology, and Operations functions, which represent 70% of the company’s employees. Her most recent accomplishments include leading the completion of a global ERP transformation, resulting in total OPEX savings of over 20%, and building out a global supply chain infrastructure for a new business vertical during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, which doubled company revenues within the first year.
