Tina Rogers Brown is a global expert in M&A Integration, Turnarounds and Cybersecurity with over 30 years of experience in the Technology Manufacturing Sector. She is currently the Co-Founder and President of Vector Holding Group, a business services firm serving Fortune 50 clients. Before that, she served as Chief Operating Officer for Overland-Tandberg, a Private-equity backed multi-national Cybersecurity and Data Protection Solutions company that operates in over 90 countries with customers including HPE, IBM, and Dell.
Tina has built a track record of consistent EBITDA / profit expansion, managing operational risk, and lessons learned from governing seven Global M&A transactions and integrations for both public and private companies. She started her career as an Electrical Engineer working at companies like AT&T, Deloitte, and Texas Instruments.
