Linda Elkins is an experienced board director and executive with a track record of driving innovation, strategic growth, and operational excellence across regulated industries, including medical devices, biotechnology, and manufacturing. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Norman Noble, Bozeman Health, USA Swimming, and Montana Surf, contributing her expertise on finance, strategy, and investment committees.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Linda has led product development from concept through FDA approval and commercial launch, managed multi-hundred-million-dollar P&Ls, and captured $25M in cost savings through digital transformation and operational optimization. During her tenure at W.L. Gore & Associates, she led enterprise-wide ERP implementation, founded and scaled internal startups, and forged strategic partnerships to accelerate innovation.

Linda advises early-stage companies and mentors university-based research teams, helping translate breakthrough technologies into market-ready ventures. She is a collaborative, tech-savvy leader who brings deep experience in corporate innovation, regulated environments, and value creation to every boardroom she serves.
