With over 20 years of leadership experience, Linda has led product development from concept through FDA approval and commercial launch, managed multi-hundred-million-dollar P&Ls, and captured $25M in cost savings through digital transformation and operational optimization. During her tenure at W.L. Gore & Associates, she led enterprise-wide ERP implementation, founded and scaled internal startups, and forged strategic partnerships to accelerate innovation.
Linda advises early-stage companies and mentors university-based research teams, helping translate breakthrough technologies into market-ready ventures. She is a collaborative, tech-savvy leader who brings deep experience in corporate innovation, regulated environments, and value creation to every boardroom she serves.
