Jennifer Hill is an experienced board member, board secretary, and C-level exec in tech and healthtech, including data monetization/licensing, capital raising, M&A risk management, cybersecurity & privacy within regulated environments. She has launched and scaled cutting-edge start-ups ranging from digital, insurance, pharmacy benefits management, SaaS, Rx data, to edtech and as a strategic advisor within a $4B public insurance brokerage. She has worked, lived or spent significant time abroad in several European countries. She was recently elected as Board Chair of ThoughtRiver, a privately-held venture-funded AI/legal contracts company based in the UK.
Most recently, she served as EVP at Brown & Brown, leading Remedy Analytics, a medicationcentric data analytics company making Rx more affordable and accessible for self-insured payors and patients. In this role and as Chief Operating Office & Chief Legal Officer prior to acquisition, she led strategy, operations, P&L, product development, hiring, legal and cyber/data management. She also served as the Chief Privacy Officer. Angel-funded, profitably scaled, she hired a genderbalanced and highly diverse remote and in-person workforce. She led all board meetings, board and investor communications, and guided the board on key strategic/financial, cybersecurity and data management decisions.
