After the exit in 2021, Chandy remains on the Sinch leadership team as a strategic, goal-oriented individual with obsessive customer-success and execution focus. Her expertise includes planning new markets/products, cloud and digital transformation, operational and technology governance, risk management, process excellence/automation and M&A/Integration.
