The Global Conversation + One City/State Conversation. Additional City/State Conversations Can be Added to Your Agenda.
What started as a National Conversation on Board Diversity has catapulted into a Global Discussion about the business and human imperative of diversity and gender balance on corporate boards and across corporate culture.
Every November, 50/50 Women on Boards hosts a roundtable discussion with some of the most prominent and influential voices driving our vision for women to hold 50% of all the corporate board seats and women of color to hold at least 20% of all the corporate board seats.
Only 6% of companies listed on the Russel 3000 have gender-balanced boards, so your participation at the Global and Local level as an Attendee or a Sponsor makes an impact, enabling our non-profit organization to educate, advocate, and collaborate for the advancement of women.
All are invited to be part of the conversation – don’t miss The Global Conversation, Regional VIP Panels, and Interactive Breakout Sessions held over three weeks in November in 32 City/State events across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Greece, the U.K., and Spain.
Come to listen, interact, and build your network.
Join thousands of senior level executives, business leaders and influencers making an impact across global organizations, investment institutions, and communities to build equitable boards, and establish mandates and programs to ensure diversity & inclusion at the highest levels of leadership. Discover the ways you can advance yourself, your organization, and serve as an ally to women.
Focus on how we can lead the way to diverse and gender-balanced boards and network with women and men to advance women to their board potential. All City/State Events include a VIP Panel Discussion with influential corporate board directors and executives who will share how they are establishing and leading diverse workplace cultures. Following the panel, we host interactive breakout sessions based on your career level or topic of interest facilitated by a director coach.
