Sharon brings 30+ years of executive Human Resources leadership experience. She was the CHRO of four global $1B dollar Oil & Gas companies that transacted to large global oil and gas organizations such as (Wood, SNC Lavalin and Fluor). Additionally, Sharon has experience in the Environmental, Software Development, Staffing and Healthcare Industries.

Sharon has extensive experience with executive compensation, CEO succession planning, global M & A and integration,  staffing and retention strategies and culture transformation.

Sharon serves on the Board of Directors for the WorkFaith Connection. She formerly served for two terms on the Board for HR Houston.  In the role of CHRO and CPO, Sharon has been on numerous committees reporting into Boards such as the Compensation Committee, Governance Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Sharon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Messiah College and an M.S. in Human Organizational Science, Villanova University. She also obtained her certification in Executive Coaching from The Institute of Leadership and Management which is the UK’s leading provider of leadership, coaching and management qualifications.
