Jennifer Hill is CEO of ThoughtRiver, an AI-powered contract review platform operating in the US and UK. She brings 20+ years of experience scaling technology companies and guiding them through growth, M&A, and strategic transitions.
As COO/CLO of Remedy Analytics, a health tech company focused on lowering prescription costs through data, Jennifer led the business from startup through a successful acquisition by Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO), where she subsequently served as EVP. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate law at Fenwick & West and Gunderson Dettmer in Silicon Valley and NYC — two of the world’s leading tech and VC law firms.
Jennifer is a passionate U.S. voting rights advocate who has held state and national leadership roles on four presidential campaigns. She has appeared on MSNBC and been featured in Forbes, and was named a “”2023 Woman to Watch”” by 50/50 Women on Boards. She is based in the NYC area.
