Christina is the General Counsel (North America) and Corporate Secretary of LANVIN Group (NYSE: LANV), a
global luxury fashion group, responsible for all aspects of the Group’s legal strategy and corporate governance
and its growing portfolio of brands: LANVIN, Wolford, St. John, Sergio Rossi, and Caruso.

Christina has 20 years of exceptional experience across all facets of legal affairs, business operations, and brandbuilding on a global scale, and currently serves as President of the Orange County Bar and on several non-profit boards. Prior to taking LANVIN Group public, Christina served as General Counsel for St. John Knits, an American knitwear giant with roots in OC. As GC, Christina oversaw global corporate operations for the brand, including legal and business affairs, enterprise risk, brand protection, HR, loss prevention, security, real estate and facilities, IT security, and corporate social responsibility. During her tenure, she was lauded for leading one of the best legal departments in the country. Christina continues to serve as an officer of St. John and a board member for St. John Canada, St. John Mexico, and St. John Asia, supporting the brand’s international market priorities. Prior to St. John, Christina worked in public affairs, leading strategic, community-building and branding initiatives for U.S. federal and local government offices, non-profits, and the arts.

An Anteater through and through, Christina received her B.A. from University of California, Irvine and her J.D.
from University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she was tapped for its prestigious inaugural class, which made waves nationally for disrupting the traditional DNA of legal education. As one of the first stakeholders alongside Founding Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, Christina founded several key pillars for the school, including the student bar association, the wine and law society, and the law review, for which she was co-Editor-in-Chief.

In her downtime, Christina is a published and exhibiting visual artist, an oenophile and French Wine Scholar, and
a second-degree black belt and Taekwondo World Champion.
