Lisa is a seasoned board member, global business leader, SEC-qualified financial expert, author, and CPA with over 35 years of experience advising Fortune 100 and high-growth companies. Her expertise spans strategic business development, crisis management, digital transformations, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, supply chain optimization, tax planning, risk management, and IPO readiness.
Currently, Lisa serves on the Board of Directors of HF Foods Group Inc. (NASDAQ: HFFG) as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee. She also chaired a committee on CEO succession planning. Previously, Lisa was a senior partner and business leader at EY, a $50 billion professional services firm operating in 150 countries. She provided exceptional global relationship management while building and leading profitable businesses across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific—including growing the Americas Supply Chain practice from $20M to $100M in five years. She also gained significant corporate governance experience as a member of EY’s Global Governance Council, the firm’s oversight and governance board.
