Lavonne Burke is a board director and seasoned legal executive with deep expertise in cybersecurity, AI, data privacy, enterprise risk, and digital transformation. She serves as Board Secretary at Texas Dow Employee Credit Union (TDECU), where she chairs the Audit and Risk & Compliance Committees and sits on the Governance & Nominations Committee. Lavonne also contributes her insights to the ACC Foundation’s Cybersecurity Advisory Board and currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Computer & Technology Section of the State Bar of Texas.

Her prior board service includes director roles at Wellby Financial, The Rose, and Camp for All, as well as leadership with the Ladies of the Lake Educational & Charitable Foundation. Lavonne is a graduate of United Way’s Project Blueprint Board Leadership Program.

Professionally, she is Vice President of Security & Resiliency, Digital, Privacy, and AI at Dell Technologies, where she leads a global legal team overseeing cybersecurity, AI compliance, enterprise data governance, and regulatory strategy. Her previous leadership roles include senior legal positions at Johnson & Johnson, BakerHostetler, and Vinson & Elkins.
