Herman E. Bulls is Vice Chairman, Americas of JLL the 2nd largest global commercial real estate firm in the world. During 30 years at JLL, Mr. Bulls has worked in the areas of development, investment management, asset management, facilities operations and business development/retention. Working across the firm’s platform he provides thought leadership, strategic guidance and perspective to senior executive clients for improving organizational performance through real estate. Prior to joining JLL, Bulls completed 12 years of active duty service with the United States Army. He is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Bulls received a BS degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in finance from Harvard Business School. Mr. Bulls’ awards include the National Association of Corporate Directors Top 100 Directors, Top Blacks in Corporate America and Most Influential Black Directors in Corporate America, Savoy Magazine 2016, 2017 and 2020.
