For more than three decades, Dawn has led engagements with CEOs, corporate boards, and C-Suite executives in public, private, not for profits and global trade associations across multiple industries. Dawn is an accomplished independent director and committee chair, general counsel, business, not for profit and thought leader and law school lecturer.

Dawn recently presented her first TED Talk: Say Hello to Your Better Self: Going from The Ordinary to the Extraordinary. Dawn continues to consider additional board service, where her experience as an independent director, board committee chair, strategic leadership and expertise in complex global business models will add value.

Independent Director and Committee Chair: For over five years, Dawn has served on the Board of Directors of Elevate Services, a technology (AI) and legal services company, operating on five continents and providing services to 100 Global 1000 Law Departments and 20 Global 50 Law Firms. Dawn chairs the Risk Committee, is a member the Compensation Committee and former Audit Committee member.
