Leslie Ireland
Independent Director
Leslie Ireland is on the Board of Directors of Citigroup. She offers insight and perspectives on financial threats face by organizations in the public and private sectors, including cybersecurity and money laundering. Her expertise in protecting IT systems from internal and external cybersecurity threats, and setting and evaluating organizational risks, helps enhance the Board’s oversight of cybersecurity and risk management practices. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Stimson Center, a non-partisan policy research center working to resolve the world’s greatest threats to security and prosperity. Ms. Ireland retired from Federal service in November 2016 after 31 years in the Intelligence Community. She was the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Intelligence and Analysis from 2010-2016 and took the Presidential appointment at Treasury after 25 years at CIA. Notable assignments there included President Obama’s daily intelligence briefer during the transition in 2008 and through the first year of his Administration, and the first DNI Iran Mission Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing the intelligence process on Iran for the entire US government. Ms. Ireland is the recipient of the Alexander Hamilton Award, the highest award bestowed by the Secretary of the Treasury, the Intelligence Community Seal Medallion, personally awarded by the DNI, the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal (2016 and 2008), and the CIA Intelligence Commendation Medal. She is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Georgetown University.

Ms. Casiano is a director of Ford Motor Company and Mutual of America, and a former director of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company. Previously, she was President of one of the largest U.S. Hispanic-owned media, advertising, customer relationship management (CRM), and direct marketing companies. Outside of the corporate world, Ms. Casiano is a member of the founding Board of Directors of the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA); the Board of Advisors of Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida; the global Alumni Board of Harvard Business School; and is former Chapter Chair of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), Puerto Rico.

Rosie Allen-Herring is a national expert on public private partnerships, philanthropy and business strategy. She currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Way of the National Capital Area (United Way NCA). Rosie has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, strategic leadership, public and private partnerships, corporate philanthropy, and community investment. Rosie holds key leadership roles with several business and civic organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Greater Washington Board of Trade, MedStar Health, Inc., WesBanco (formerly Old Line Bancshares, Inc), Prince George's Community College Foundation, and several additional organizations. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Howard University and a M.B.A. from Strayer University. Rosie is a lifelong learner who embodies the principles of Servant Leadership.

Lynne Fox

Lynne Fox serves as Chair of Amalgamated Bank and has served as Chair since 2016 when she became the first woman in the Bank’s nearly 100-year history to serve as Chair after serving as a Member of the Board for 20 years. She also serves as an executive board member of the Service Employees International Union and is the International President of Workers’ United, Manager of the Philadelphia Joint Board for Workers’ United, where she is tasked with overseeing the budget, strategic planning, and representing roughly 75,000 members. A Philadelphia native born and raised in the labor movement, Fox has committed her life’s work fighting for justice and fairness for all people.As one of the only 5% of women that make up corporate board chairs, she has continued to commit herself to this work through championing equity and inclusion at the board level. Fox received her B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she was on Law Review and was published; and Temple University School of Law.
