Vada O. Manager is Founder/CEO of Manager Global Holdings, LLC and Sr. Counselor of APCO Worldwide. Previously, Vada was a member of the Corporate Leadership Team at Nike Inc. and served on several M&A transaction teams. Mr. Manager served in a very similar role at Levi Strauss & Co. and was also an investment banker. Mr. Manager serves as G&N Board Chair for leading automotive lubricants company Valvoline. He is also a board member for the Helios Education Foundation, where he serves on the Finance and Nominating Committee. He recently served as chairman of West Point’s Civilian Public Affairs Committee. Vada is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he was also inducted into its CLAS Hall of Fame. Ken Lamneck is fascinated with the future and technology, and the way each inspires the other. After five years in the U.S. Army, Ken began his civilian career as an IBM engineer. But he found that sales and marketing better suited his competitive spirit and the servant leadership principles he learned while in uniform. Ken honed his technical knowledge and people skills rising through the ranks at Arrow Electronics. As president of Arrow’s Industrial Computer Products business, he was drawn to the rapid pace of innovation in the emerging IT industry. He moved to Tech Data Corp., where he directed its growth and operations across the United States, Canada and Latin America. In 2010, Ken joined Insight. His approachable, hands-on leadership style motivates his team to always aspire towards The Next Big Thing.

Her work with family businesses includes prevention of serious problems by helping clients establish the policies, practices and skills of healthy family organizations. Ms. Brown currently sits on the board of directors for eBay, Axon and Washington Research Foundation, International Women’s Forum, and is the Board Chair at Seattle’s Pacific Science Center. Ms. Brown serves as a strategic director at Flying Fish Partners, a firm that invests capital and expertise in startups focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Ms. Brown served as president and COO at Intellectual Ventures for 7 years; and 10 years prior, she served as president and CEO of Honeywell Transportation Systems and vice president and general manager of two Honeywell Aerospace business units. During her early career at Corning, Brown rose from shift supervisor to VP/GM of the Environmental Products Division. Ms. Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters from Old Dominion University. She received her master’s degree in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
