Kathy Marinello

President and CEO — PODS

Prior to joining PODS in January of 2021, Ms. Marinello served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Hertz, Ms. Marinello served as a Senior Advisor of Ares Management LLC, a global alternative investment manager. Ms. Marinello served as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Stream Global Services, Inc. and the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Ceridian Corporation. She served in a broad range of senior roles over 10 years at General Electric Co., during this period, she served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of GE Fleet Services at GE Commercial Finance and GE Insurance Solutions. She served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Financial Assurance Partnership Marketing Group, Auto & Home Insurance business, and Auto Warranty Service business. Prior to this role, Ms. Marinello served as President of GE Capital Consumer Financial Services and also served as an Executive Vice President of GE Card Services. Prior to GE Capital, she served as President of the Electronic Payments Group at First Data Corporation. She has also served in senior leadership positions at different financial institutions, including US Bank, Chemical Bank, Citibank, and Barclays. Ms. Marinello has served as a director of the Volvo Group since April 2014. As of January 2021, Kathy became Chairperson of Concentrix, a leading provider of BPO services.

James C. O’Rourke (Joc)

President and CEO — The Mosaic Company

James “Joc” C. O’Rourke is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Mosaic Company. Elected to the Mosaic Board of Directors in May 2015. O’Rourke joined Mosaic as Executive Vice President – Operations in January 2009. He was promoted to Executive Vice President – Operations and Chief Operating Officer in August 2012. For more than six years, O’Rourke was responsible for Mosaic’s global mining and processing operations, supply chain, procurement, and environment, health and safety organizations. O’Rourke’s focus on employees, innovation and execution has propelled significant Company growth and expansions in potash and phosphate production. He has also led programs to improve operational efficiency, lower production costs and advance sustainability performance through water, energy and greenhouse gas emissions reductions. Prior to joining Mosaic, O’Rourke was President of Australia Pacific for Barrick Gold Corporation, the largest gold producer in Australia, where he was responsible for the Australia Pacific Business Unit consisting of 10 gold and copper mines in Australia and Papua New Guinea. O’Rourke has more than 25 years of experience in mining and processing operations, and has held various management, engineering and other roles in the mining industry in Canada and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mining and mineral engineering from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Gordon L. Johnson is President and principal owner of Highway Safety Devices. Mr. Johnson has served as a Non-Executive Director of Raymond James Financial since 2010 and is Chairman of their Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Raymond James Bank, elected as their Lead Independent Director and Chairman of their Compensation Committee. Mr. Johnson served as a Non-Executive Director of SantaFe Healthcare from 2008-2014 and chaired their Quality and Accreditations Committee. Mr. Johnson served as a director of the Florida Transportations Builders Association from 2007-2016. Mr. Johnson earned his MBA from Memphis State University and holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He started his career in 1979 with First Tennessee Bank as a branch manager in Memphis and later a commercial lender in Chattanooga. He joined Bank of America in 1986 where he held commercial lending management positions in both the Georgia and Florida markets until 2002. He was Chief Executive Officer of Stonegate Partners for two years before buying Highway Safety Devices in 2004. Mr. Johnson has been involved with various civic activities including the Tampa Bay Urban Bankers Association, and the Executive Board of the Tampa Bay Partnership. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, Abilities of Florida, and Pinellas County Urban League. He served as treasurer of the United Way of Pinellas County, treasurer of the Pinellas County Education Foundation, and chaired the American Heart Association 2001 Heart Ball. He was named the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Minority Business Person of the year in 2006.
