Katharine Weymouth

Chief Operating Officer — FamilyCare

Katharine Weymouth is the Chief Operating Officer at FamilyCare, a platform for parents of struggling and at-risk teens. She is also Senior Advisor to ChefMarket, an on-demand delivery service for restaurant chefs. Ms. Weymouth was Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of The Washington Post from 2008 through 2014. In addition, Ms. Weymouth sits on a number of public company and non-profit boards including Republic Services, Inc., Cable One, Inc., Xometry, Graham Holdings, Empower, and Sequoia Mutual Fund. Ms. Weymouth is trustee for the Philip L. Graham Fund and Chair of the Board for The Greater Washington Community Foundation. Ms. Weymouth also is an Advisory Board member for FiscalNote. Ms. Weymouth graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA from Harvard and earned her JD at Stanford Law School.

She is currently SVP, Business Development for Vitech Systems Group, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for the insurance, retirement and investment markets. Robin was with MetLife from 2004 to 2018, most recently as EVP of MetLife’s Retirement business and earlier as chief risk officer. Robin joined the board of Security Mutual Life of New York in September of 2021 and serves on the finance, sales and marketing, and technology and cybersecurity committees. Previously, Robin served on numerous industry boards, including the LIMRA LOMA Secure Retirement Institute, the Employee Benefit Research Institute, and the advisory board for the Pension Research Council of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has a B.A. with honors from Swarthmore College and an M.B.A. in finance from Temple University.

Mr. Killion currently serves as a member of the board of directors of privately held Claire’s Inc., where he Chairs the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee and Torrid, Inc, where he is Chair of the Audit Committee. He is also Board Chair of non profit A Better Chance and serves on the advisory Board of his alma mater Tufts University, where he earned a B.A. and an M.Ed.
