Beatriz “Bea” Perez is Senior Vice President & Chief Communications, Sustainability and Strategic Partnerships Officer for The Coca-Cola Company. Bea manages a diverse portfolio of work supporting brands, communities, consumers and partners worldwide. She also leads strategy and operations for the company’s Retail, Licensing and Attractions portfolio. Since 2011, Bea served as the company’s first Chief Sustainability Officer. She developed and led progress against global sustainability commitments, focusing on water stewardship and women’s economic empowerment. Previously, Bea served as Chief Marketing Officer, Coca-Cola North America and developed some of the company’s most historic relationships, including American Idol and NASCAR. She joined Coca-Cola in 1996 and held various roles in brand management and field operations. Bea serves on various community-focused boards including The Coca-Cola Foundation. She also serves on the corporate boards for Primerica and Grainger. She graduated from the University of Maryland.

As the Founder of Bayne Advisors, a strategic consulting and advising firm, Katie partners with client companies to solve complex challenges that impede progress. She’s a digital pioneer, focused on delivering custom solutions to build brands, embrace globalization and accelerate results. Katie is also a Senior Advisor at Guggenheim Securities, working on opportunity identification and workforce development. A longtime marketing, strategy, and general management leader at Coca-Cola, Katie worked in various roles of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming the Chief Marketing Officer, North America, and then the President, North America Brands. Under her marketing leadership, Coca-Cola won multiple Lions, Pencils, Effies, Clios, and an Emmy, reenergizing legacy brands and building new ones. And as President, her business unit beat all goals for value generation and share growth. Across her career, Katie has assembled a powerful business network and deep global experience. She has worked around the world, including four years in Commercial Marketing for Coca-Cola South Pacific based in Sydney, Australia, and later as an internal Global Center across all business units. Since 2003, she has served as an Independent Board Director on five public companies and one private, in the varied businesses of home building, specialty retailing, baby/beauty, and cannabis. Katie currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Honest Company, where she is on the Audit Committee and Chairs the Compensation Committee. She serves on the Audit Committee of Acreage Holdings. And, she is on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Eargo. Katie has a BA and an MBA from Duke University and is a member of the Board of Visitors at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. She is also an Executive Board Member of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Additionally, she is Co-Chair of the Campaign to Mitigate Vaccine Hesitancy for the Creative Coalition. Born in Perth, Australia, Katie lives with her family in Atlanta, Georgia.

Virginia A. Hepner is active in various corporate and community activities, following five years as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia. She currently serves as a Director of Cadence Bancorporation, National Vision Holdings, Inc. and Oxford Industries, Inc. Virginia continues to serve on several non-profit boards with her main focus being revitalization of the historic Westside Atlanta neighborhood through the Westside Future Fund board and Chair of the Finance Committee. In 2005, she retired from Wachovia Bank as an Executive Vice President after a 25-year career in corporate finance with the firm. Leadership roles included Managing Director of US Corporate Finance, head of Foreign Exchange and Derivatives Trading and Atlanta Commercial Banking Director. She holds a finance degree from T he Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and attended the J.L. Kellogg Graduate Business School of Management at Northwestern University.
