Christine St.Clare is President & Founder of St.Clare Advisors, LLC, advising business leaders on initiatives around retention, leadership development, recognition, and advancement of women. Ms. St.Clare has also been an active Corporate Director, including serving on three Nasdaq-listed companies: Fibrocell Sciences, Inc. (FCSC); AquaBounty Technologies, Inc. (AQB); and Tilray, Inc. (TLRY). She was formerly a Corporate Director for a Blackstone portfolio company with publicly traded debt, Polymer Group, Inc. (“PGI”).Inc.). She has chaired the Audit Committees for all four Corporate Boards; and has served on the Nominating and Governance Committees of TLRY and AQB. She previously served on the Advisory Boards of Houlihan Lokey and Women Corporate Directors.
Ms. St.Clare completed a thirty-five-year career with KPMG LLP, where she served a four-year term on the Firm’s Board of Directors and chaired the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee. While at KPMG, Ms. St.Clare was one of the founders and leaders of KPMG’s Women’s Advisory Board and developed the KPMG Network of Women (KNOW), now a global program.
She is the past Co-Chair of Women Corporate Directors (“WCD”) Atlanta; sits on the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta Police Foundation; the Board of Directors of The Atlanta Opera; and the Board of Councilors for The Carter Center. She is a Past-President of the Board of Directors of the Georgia chapter of the International Women’s Forum (“IWF”). Her past community board service has included the Boards of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, Museum of Contemporary Art-Georgia, and the Metro Atlanta YMCA.
