Bonnie Hill has a wide-ranging career in business, government, education and philanthropy. Her experience includes over 29 years’ in corporate governance serving on twelve various corporate boards and numerous non-profit boards. She currently serves on the board of Banc of California, and the Rand Corporation. Former corporate board service includes California Water Service Group (2003 – 2017); The Home Depot (1999 – 2014, serving as Lead Director 2008 – 2014; YUM Brands, Inc. (2003 – 2015); and AK Steel Holding Corp. (1994 -2014). Dr. Hill co-chaired the NACD Blue Ribbon Commission Report on Building the Strategic Asset Board published in 2016, and she received the 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Forum for Corporate Directors. She was honored by the NACD with the 2015 B. Kenneth West Lifetime Achievement Award, recognized by the NACD Directorship as one of America’s most influential people in Corporate Governance in 2010, and as a 2011 Outstanding Director by the Financial Times "Outstanding Director Exchange."

Janine Bowen

Ms. Bowen is an expert at capitalizing on and navigating the rapidly changing technology environment. She has a deep understanding of technology and the manner in which technology disrupts industries. She leads companies through digital transformations as they pivot from traditional industries to technology companies. She led a Fortune 500 consumer products company through its first ever launch of a suite of technology services for the auto repair industry and is leading a publicly traded private utility company through its evolution from a traditional utility to a utility/technology hybrid company that provides next generation software and services to other utilities. Ms. Bowen has diverse industry experience and expertise in cyber security, data privacy and technology. Ms. Bowen is known for her ability to be strategic, pragmatic, and process-oriented in her professional and board dealings. She is currently Board Chair for Goodwill of North Georgia, Inc., a non-profit/social enterprise with 100 operating locations, revenues in excess of $160 million, and approximately 3000 employees. She served as a leader on the Compensation Committee and negotiated the employment agreement with the current CEO. She also currently sits on the Board of Directors of Clemson University Foundation (with about $900 million under management), where she chairs the Governance Committee. Additionally, Ms. Bowen serves as Advisory Board Chair of the Clemson University College of Engineering, Computing, and Applied Science. Ms. Bowen is a Partner and member of the Digital Asset and Data Management Group (DADM) at the national law firm, Baker & Hostetler LLP where she Co-leads both the Digital Transformation & Data Economy practice and the Privacy Governance & Technology Transactions practice.

Kathy Waller, a native of Atlanta, retired in March 2019 after 32 years with The Coca-Cola Company where she was the Chief Financial Officer and President, Enabling Services. She led the company’s global finance, technical and shared services organizations. Kathy serves as a Board member for Delta Airlines, CGI Group, Cadence Bancorporation and Beyond Meat. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Spelman College, The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, The Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and Achieve Atlanta. Kathy has a BA and an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Shan Cooper

Shan Cooper is the Executive Director for the Atlanta Committee for Progress. The ACP was founded in 2003 and their mission is to provide leadership on key issues important to economic growth and inclusion for all citizens in the City of Atlanta. Shan is the former chief transformation officer of WestRock. Shan was named Georgia Trend Magazine’s 2015 Most Respected Business Leader; the 2015 Women of the Year by American Association of University Women; and as one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s Most Influential Georgians in 2012 – 2016, and 2020. She was also named one of Black Enterprise Magazine’s Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America in 2017. Shan serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc., the parent company of Atlantic Capital Bank, N.A, Georgia Power Company and Veritiv Corporation; the Board of Directors for The Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and the Board of Trustees of both Emory University and the Woodruff Arts Center. Shan is also on the Board of Georgia Tech Research Institute, Georgia Historical Society, Zoo Atlanta and a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and a Life Member of the Board of Councilors for The Carter Center.

In her 37-year career with Ernst & Young LLP (EY) —28 as partner— Sharda has held a wide range of leadership positions involving global entrepreneurial initiatives, intelligent automation, strategic practice development, operations and business unit management. As CEO of EY’s Global Shared Services, Sharda pioneered the firm’s offshore shared services initiative in 2001; It currently has 25,000+ people in 5 countries. Most recently, Sharda spearheaded EY’s Intelligent Automation initiative in 2015. Sharda is a member of the board of World Fuel Services Corporation, a Fortune 100 company (NYSE:INT. She is a member of its Technology & Operations, Governance, Sustainability Committees, and the Board’s point person on cybersecurity for the Audit Committee. She has been a member of the International House Board of Trustees, a nonprofit, and has served as a mentor in their Women’s International Leadership Program and a member of the Audit and Development Committees. Sharda is also on the Board of Tax Analysts, a nonprofit, premier outlet for high-quality tax news.
